Isabella

Eight year old Isabella Rose Smith  was born with Sickle Cell Disease. Isabella's goal in life is that one day she want to become a doctor and help other kids with Sickle Cell Disease, or possibly even find the cure. Hopewell will make sure that hope and dreams like this stay alive.
